The Quarterly CLUTCH Regional Meeting brings together Bird Town PA leaders to collaborate on habitat initiatives, community engagement, and shared regional priorities. South Middleton Township — a Gold‑Level Bird Town — is hosting this session at South Middleton Municipal Park.
